The U-S is pointing the finger at Russia now in connection with the chemical attack in Syria.
They say new information shows Russia knew in advance of the plans to target civilians with chemical weapons, although there’s no concrete proof. The fact a Russian operated drone was hovering over the hospital were victims were taken is no coincidence, and a fighter bombed the hospital in an attempted coverup.
