Donald Trump has tweeted that he’ll announce a decision on the Paris climate accord this afternoon at 3 Eastern. He’s expected to pull the US out of it, but nonetheless his tweet said “I will be announcing my decision on Paris Accord, Thursday at 3:00 P.M. The White House Rose Garden. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
