A warning from the American vice-president to communist North Korea that the era of strategic patience is over.
Mike Pence expressed impatience with North Korea’s unwillingness to move forward on getting rid of its nuclear weapons after a failed missile test by the North Koreans. Pence said the U-S and its allies will achieve their objectives through peaceable means or ultimately by whatever means necessary to protect South Korea and stabilize the region.
Earlier President Trump said the U-S is working with China on the North Korea problem.
