Seven U-S Navy sailors were killed in a ship collision off the coast of Japan.
Acting Secretary of the Navy Sean Stackley says there will be a full investigation into the collision between a destroyer and a much larger container ship. One major questions is why the container ship made an abrupt U-turn just before hitting the destroyer.
