RCMP Sgt. Duane Cooper is reminding you to hide valuables and to lock your car.
He says that the nice weather brings people outside and they get more calls about thefts from vehicles.
He adds that you should also make sure you keep the doors of your house locked, even when you’re home; as it’s easy for someone to slip in and take things if everyone who lives there is out on the deck.
