President Donald Trump says relations with Russia may be at an all-time low as he moves away from his promise to improve ties with Moscow.
Trump spoke at a news conference yesterday that right now they’re not getting along with Russia at all. Dangerous divisions have been growing between the White House and the Kremlin over Syria and other issues.
