The operator of a Toronto area daycare has pleaded guilty to criminal negligence in the death of a two-year-old girl in her care.
Olena Panfilova will be sentenced next month in the death of Eva Ravikovich. The girl was left in a boiling hot SUV outside the daycare for several hours in July of 2013. She died of heat stroke.
