The president of the University of Moncton says nine malicious emails targeting a female student are a case of cyber-terrorism. Students and staff received eight emails this week, and officials say a ninth email sent late Thursday was quickly deleted from the server. Some of the series of mass emails contained naked photos of a female student and a threat toward the university.
