Cumberland RCMP are on the lookout for a driver of an ATV that refused to stop in Springhill on McGee Street Tuesday night around 9.

Police say there were two kids on the ATV, one in front of the driver and one behind him.

Both children were wearing bicycle helmets, which are not approved for ATV use; while the driver appeared to have a proper helmet.

Call the police if you have any information.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling two yogurt brands, as they may have pieces of plastic in them.

The brands are the 90 gram Yoplait Minigo strawberry yogurt four-pack containers, and 120 gram four pack of Liberté Greek two per cent coconut yogurt.

If you have the recalled products, either throw them out or return them to the store for a refund.
