Stats Can’s latest wage report has some Atlantic Canadians making among the lowest in Canada. 2016 data has parts of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia at the bottom, with Alberta on top. Six of Alberta’s seven economic regions were in the top 10 for the highest wages.

Covered Bridge VIC closes permanently
The Covered Bridge Visitor Information Centre in Coles Island is done. The Kings County Tourism Association will also fold, with President Doug Cosman confirming its end to the Telegraph-Journal. A lack of visitors as technology improves has hurt the centre, with the Route 10 building now up for sale.
