Aggravated Assault

The Shediac RCMP is asking the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with an aggravated assault.

In the early morning hours of March 7, 2017, the Shediac RCMP responded to an incident in Trois-Ruisseaux, N.B. where a female was assaulted and sustained serious injuries. She was transported to hospital and is recovering from her injuries.

Twenty-two year old Jean-François Mallet, of Shediac, N.B., is charged with aggravated assault, mischief and breach of a probation order. An arrest warrant was issued on March 9, and police have been unable to locate him.
