Allegations of rude behavior by illegal border crossers into Canada

A number people in the Manitoba border town of Emerson are getting upset how illegal asylum-seekers are behaving in town.

A group of three people were allegedly ringing doorbells at four in the morning looking for help, while another was seen peering into windows.

Local Reeve Greg Janzen says he would like the R-C-M-P to continue upping security.

He says the reported behaviour is “a little rude.”

This Friday through Sunday, the lady Tommies Hockey team is hosting; but not playing in the NBI-double A provincials.

The James M Hill boys hockey team are in the provincials this weekend in Grand Falls.  Schedule below:

The top two teams advance to the provincial finals on Sunday at 1:00pm.
