19 year old Justin Michael Earl Arenburg from Lunenburg County man will be back in Kentville court in June for sentencing on a sex-related charge involving an underage girl.
He pleaded guilty to “Invitation to sexual touching.”
The identity of the victim is protected by a broadcast ban.
Tragedy in the mountains north of Vancouver.
Five hikers, part of a regular hiking group; were killed on Mount Harvey when an unstable ledge of snow gave way and they fell 500 metres down the mountain. A 6th hiker who had lagged behind got to the summit, found the others weren’t there and called for help.
The local search and rescue group says the ground wasn’t equipped with avalanche gear such as beacons and probes.
