A decades old dispute over who should benefit the most from the Churchill Falls Hydro project will be decided by the Supreme Court of Canada.
Hydro-Quebec has reaped $26 billion from the hydro project in Labrador since 1969 while Newfoundland has only made $2 billion.
Pot proponents held their annual 4-20 pot smoking celebrations on Parliament Hill again yesterday. Some said they are concerned about the Trudeau Government’s legalization efforts and disappointed he isn’t moving to decriminalize pot possession in the meantime.
