Applicants must have a household income of less than $75,000 a year.

The Conservative leadership race has lost a top contender.
Celebrity businessman Kevin O’Leary annnounced he was dropping out and would be putting his sizeable support behind Maxime Bernier.
O’Leary said after travelling in Quebec he realized he could not beat Justin Trudeau in that province and that Bernier had the best chance to do that.
