Atlantic Canadians have identified the top 10 Worst Roads in the region. CAA’s annual campaign saw more than 7000 votes cast. Mountain Road in Christmas Island/Eskasoni was No. 1, and one of only two Nova Scotian roads to make the list. The other was Louisville Road in River John at No. 3.

53 crushings, injuries; or contusions occurred every month.
Over 15 hundred workers needed time off due to slips or falls, which were the second leading cause of injuries in Nova Scotia.
