A Liberal government would introduce a plan to provide new innovative educational supports to every Nova Scotian four-year-old. A pre-primary program would start this fall in 30 new classes. Once the program is fully implemented (within four years), it will cost about $49.4 million annually. The party says it could save families upwards of $10,000 in childcare costs.

PC plan for doctor shortage
The PC Party plans to ease the doctor shortage. A Jamie Baillie government would invest $13.5 million to bring more doctors to underserviced areas, double the tuition relief program to $6 million, and give credential recognition for Canadians who study medicine abroad.
