Lots going on for Canada Day in HRM. There are free pancake breakfasts at Alderney Landing, City Hall and DeWolf Park. The Tattoo parade starts at 10:30 in the morning through downtown, the official opening ceremonies are at the Citadel at noon, the big free concert is at the Commons and more.

Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta underway
The Bluenose II is in Pictou this weekend. It’ll be there until Monday as part of Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta. The ships will visit Nova Scotia ports until August 16th. See their schedule here:
