Fishermen in the northern part of New Brunswick have until next Monday to get their ice fishing sheds off the ice, the previous deadline was March 31st.
Failure to remove an ice fishing shack could result in a six hundred dollar fine.

Underemployed Atlantic Canadian grads
Recent graduates from Atlantic Canadian universities are finding that a post-secondary education is no longer a guarantee of stable employment.
More than 12 per cent of Canadians between the ages of 15 and 24 are unemployed and more than a quarter are underemployed, meaning they have degrees but end up in jobs that don’t require them.
The latest numbers from Statistics Canada show that the unemployment rate for 15-to-24-year-olds is almost twice that of the general population.
