The landmark ruling says the New Brunswick Court of Appeal made the wrong move by denying it. No one convicted of murder in the province has ever been granted bail pending an appeal. This ruling is the Supreme Court’s first of its kind.

Almost 100 thousand books went missing from New Brunswick’s public libraries from 2007 to 2016, according to the Telegraph-Journal.
Library officials say that nearly half of them were returned.
A security system can cost over 20 thousand dollars to install.
