The Trudeau Liberals are under fire for providing hundreds of millions in loans to Bombardier.

The board of directors voted to give its top executives 50% raises.  There was a massive public backlash and the company backed off, deferring the raises and tying them to performance objectives.

Prime Minister Trudeau told the Commons the money provided to Bombardier will help create good-paying jobs in Canada’s aerospace sector.

An airline pilot is going to jail for 8 months in Calgary.

37 year old Miroslav Gronych was escorted off a Sunwing flight New Year’s Eve because he was impaired, he had three times the legal blood alcohol level.  He pleaded guilty last month.  He’s also been banned from flying any aircraft for a year after he gets out.
