An man who lost his home in the Fort McMurray wildfire has won a luxury condo and Italian sports car in an Edmonton hospital fundraising lottery. Michael Marchand got the call about the Full House Lottery early-bird draw while he was out shopping for flowers. A video of him being told he won has been posted on the lottery’s Facebook page.
