Constitutional talk won’t happen for Quebec
The prime minister is swiftly putting the kibosh on Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard’s constitutional talk.
The latter unveiled a plan to eventually get recognition of Quebec’s distinctiveness in the Constitution, but Justin Trudeau says he’s not interested in reopening it.
