Boeing and Bombardier battle

First it was softwood lumber.  Now Bombardier is in the sights of the U-S Commerce Department.

Boeing has filed a complaint with the U-S government that Bombardier has dumped its new C-Series commercial jet into the U-S at below cost prices and it wants an investigation of subsidies on the aircraft.

Bombardier denies the claim saying it structures its commercial dealings to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates.
