Atlantic Canadians have identified the top 10 Worst Roads in the region. CAA’s annual campaign saw more than 7000 votes cast. Mountain Road in Christmas Island/Eskasoni was No. 1, and one of only two Nova Scotian roads to make the list. The other was Louisville Road in River John at No. 3.

Conditional discharge for drug charges
An Amherst man got a six-month conditional discharge and 10-year firearm ban for drug charges. 52-year-old William Cecile Dunlop admitted to trafficking marijuana and unlawful possession of oxycodone.
