The chief librarian of the Cumberland Public Libraries system, Denise Corey; wants to make libraries an election issue.
She told the Citizen-Record that they’re struggling as their funding has been essentially frozen for eight years.
Libraries will be handing out door-hangers that you can put on your doors for when candidates come around seeking your vote.
