RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man from Moncton. 45-year-old Yvon Caissie was last seen near Upland Road in Moncton on July 21st. Caissie is five foot-eleven, 255 pounds with a bald head and blue eyes. He is believed to be driving a 2003 blue Hyundai Elantra with the New Brunswick license plate GGQ 220.
