Five people have been arrested after a woman died and a man was seriously injured in Dartmouth. Officers were called to a building on Hastings Drive on Friday evening. They say a man was found outside with serious injuries and a woman inside an apartment was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say four men and one woman were taken into custody in connection with the suspicious death. Investigators say the act is not believed to be random
