A forum that would have featured all three main Nova Scotia party leaders is now a no-go. The Halifax Chamber of Commerce and other Business District Improvement Commissions were hosting, but Liberal Stephen McNeil and New Democrat Gary Burrill didn’t confirm participation. Progressive Conservative Jamie Baillie was set to attend.
