A Kings County man has been sentenced for sexually assaulting his mother’s boyfriend’s 13-year-old daughter. He’s in his twenties and can’t be named in order to protect the victim. He pleaded guilty to that and unrelated charges, and got 10 months in jail (less time served) and 18 months’ probation.
