A Halifax mayor known for his off-the-cuff one-liners is trying his hand at stand-up comedy tonight.
Mike Savage will take to the stage of the Halifax Comedy Fest at the Spatz Theatre.
Comedian Mark Critch of “This Hour Has 22 Minutes” is hosting the event.
He is expected to join Savage on stage after a couple minutes.
