SIRT has found no grounds for charges against a Mountie accused of a domestic assault. It was alleged to have happened in January, but the victim later denied the incident after apparently telling officers who were friends about it. She also told investigators she’d been drinking the night she spoke up about it, and doesn’t remember what she said.
