The murder of John Fulton Newcombe has been added to the province’s Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes Program. He was shot June 1st, 2012 outside Winston’s Pub on Lacewood Drive. Anyone with information should call the program, which offers up to $150,000 for anything leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever’s responsible.
