A 46-year-old man is facing charges of being under the influence of drugs after a three vehicle crash in Cape Breton on Friday. RCMP say the man was driving an SUV that struck two vehicles near the Ingonish Post Office around 10:30am. Both of the other drivers were taken to hospital while the 46-year-old man driving the SUV has been charged with impaired driving by drugs and will appear in court next month.
