RCMP Release Domestic Violence Stats in NB

RCMP in New Brunswick say they have responded to almost two thousand domestic violence reports so far in 2016. That works our to roughly ten domestic violence call across the province every day. RCMP Superintendent Rick Shaw says the stats released by the RCMP likely only represent a fraction of domestic violence instances in the province. Shaw say victims often suffer violence numerous times before police are called and that many case are never reported.
