Spring weight restrictions are off paved roads in the following counties as of 12:01 tomorrow morning: Antigonish, Cumberland, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Guysborough, Inverness, Pictou, Richmond, Victoria and northern Colchester. Gravel roads will stay restricted due to heavy rain.
