A North Sydney man was back behind bars less than a day after being released on a drug trafficking charge.
Now besides the drug chjarge, 31 year old Shawn Alan Mitchelitis is facing two counts of breaching conditions. He’s been remanded until a bail hearing Friday.
A Cape Breton performer will be sentenced in May after pleading guilty yesterday to a sex offence involving a minor.
Johnathan Stephen MacInnis pleaded guilty to one count of sexual interference involving a person under 16 and other charges were dropped. The offences happened between August and November last year.
