All four games in the NHL playoffs last night went to overtime.  The Leafs now have a two game to one lead after beating the Capitals 4-3.  The Flames are about the fizzle out losing their third straight to Anaheim…5-4.  The Senators beat the Bruins 4-3 to take a two game to one lead.
Nashville won its third straight downing the Blackhawks 3-2.

In baseball…the Blue Jays were off.  The Red Sox edged the Rays 4-3.  Yankees downed the White Sox 7-4.

NB Real Estate Association wants property tax policies addressed

The New Brunswick Real Estate Association says the province should focus on more than what went wrong with property assessments.  Kari McBride, head of the association’s Government Relations Committee, says current tax policies are unreasonable and holding back investment in New Brunswick.  Addressing the system’s flaws should be done now, beyond assessment issues.
