It’s the last weekend scheduled for the closure of Halifax’s MacDonald bridge.
The Big Lift bridge project says that by next weekend the bridge will start being open on Saturday and Sunday.
The engineers in the Halifax Harbour Bridge project say they’re putting the last two pieces of the bridge into place late on Saturday night.
Work will continue on other sections of the bridge refurbishment.
