Miramichi city council recently passed a motion to create a new development advisory committee.
It will address the ability of developers to find their way through the different stages of the planning process.
Miramichi is now seeking qualified people to help smooth some of that out.
Jennifer Arseneault, the shelter manager of the Miramichi Animal Shelter and SPCA; wants to clear something up.
They are a totally separate entity from the New Brunswick SPCA.
Both organizations rely on separate donations and grants to run their individual operations.
