Transport Minister Marc Garneau has repeated airline passenger rights legislation is coming.

This comes after the latest passenger overbooking bumping story which involved a 10 year old PEI boy being bumped from a vacation flight with his family.

Garneau didn’t comment on any specifics in the pending bill, only that it’ll be fair for passengers and practical for airlines.
