Results of the province’s moose draw are now available. More than 60,000 people applied for 4635 licences, and those successful can be found at the Department of Energy and Resource Development website. This year’s hunt goes from September 26th-30th, with licences available to buy as of today.

Drug bust in Elsipogtog
An Elsipogtog man has been charged with trafficking a controlled substance. RCMP searched a residence on June 29th and seized hydromorphone pills, paraphernalia, a loaded firearm and other weapons, and money. 29-year-old Noel Sock is due back in court on the 26th.
