Assessment and Planning Appeal Board taking expressions of member interest

Expressions of interest are now being accepted from anyone interested in being part of the provincial Assessment and Planning Appeal Board. The mandate is to hear appeals and render decisions under the Assessment, Community Planning, and Heritage and Conservation acts. Terms are up to three years, you can learn more here:

New task force in Miramichi

Miramichi city council recently passed a motion to create a new development advisory committee.

It will address the ability of developers to find their way through the different stages of the planning process.

Miramichi is now seeking qualified people to help smooth some of that out.
