30 year old Timothy Lee Lake, a former Middleton man; who now lives in Mount Uniacke is up on an attempted murder charge.
He will be back in court later this month as the Crown wants to revoke his conditional release.
He is now facing two counts of failing to comply with his recognizance in Wolfville by contacting his alleged victim through Facebook.
