The feedback and summary report from public highway twinning consultations is now online.  Nearly 2000 Nova Scotians took part in 14 public sessions between January 30th and March 9th, plus another roughly 5400 weighed in online and via mail.  See results at novascotia.ca/twinning.

Sportfishing season is now open in Nova Scotia.  All anglers 16 or older have to buy a general licence, which can be done at many gas stations, hardware, convenience, and sporting goods stores or any DNR district office.  Provincial sportfishing generates more than $58 million annually.
