RCMP seek Taunting Motorcyclist in Sackville

RCMP are looking for motorcyclist who was driving dangerously and appeared to taunt police as they tried to pull the driver over. On Wednesday evening an officer spotted the cyclist driving 40km above the speed limit on Sackville Drive. When the officer tried to initiate a traffic stop the motorcyclists slowed down before performing several wheelies and speeding off. The same thing happened during a second attempt to pull the driver over. The RCMP say they are concerned about the motorcyclist’s aggressive driving and are actively trying to locate the individual involved.

N-D-P leader Gary Burrill is predicting McNeil’s messy dispute with the province’s teachers will cost him votes on election day. And the Tories are accusing their rivals of “playing politics” with education instead of solving problems in the province’s classrooms
