A Middle Sackville woman, reported missing Wednesday, has been found dead.
RCMP found the body of Elizabeth Smith in the Upper Falmouth area Thursday. Foul play is not suspected. The Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine cause of death.
An RCMP Air Services helicopter was utilized during the search.
