The Restigouche County SPCA waterfront book kiosk is back for the season.
The kiosk is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Labour Day.
All money raised is used to support the shelter.
It’s next door to the SPCA shelter in Dalhousie.
Provincial Finance Minister Cathy Rogers says New Brunswick will be ready for legalized pot by the feds July 2018 deadline.
That’s despite concerns from other provinces that the timeline is being rushed.
Those provinces feel that there are still unanswered questions regarding public safety, enforcement; and finding legal supplies of marijuana.
