A Kentville man is facing new charges of possession of child pornography, according to the Local Xpress.
29 year old Nicholas Michael Gavel is on probation after serving six months on a previous child porn charge. So he’s also charged with breaching that probation and failing to register with the national sex offender registry.
Gavel was in court in Kentville yesterday and the judge released him on strict conditions until his next court appearance.
