64 year old Raymond Gary Brooks of Middle Sackville has been charged with counselling another man to commit murder.
He will be back in court later this month for election and plea.
It’s alleged that Brooks did so in Lower Burlington on March 7th.

Charges for a Wolfville man
Wolfville scrap metal dealer Tracey Donald Dodds has been charged with unlawful confinement, sexual assault and other counts over incidents between February 13th and March 7th. The complainants name is under a broadcast ban.
The 60 year old Dodds served 20 days in jail last year for refusing to remove a derelict ship from Shelburne Harbour.
